You can expect to receive snacks from cookies to crackers, chips, candy, chocolate, popcorn, protein bars and more. We include all types of snacks in our „GODISA BOX“ and it's all gluten-free!
➤ How long are your subscription plans?
We offer Month-to-Month subscription plans, as well as 3-Month, 6-Month Subscription plans.
➤ Are snacks in gluten-free boxes safe for individuals with allergies?
Our snacks are devoid of gluten products and are vendor- verified. Our focus is on providing gluten- free options. We at godisa.se are not responsible for adapting our deliveries to unique customer needs or food sensitivities. We recommend customers with hypersensitivity or allergy to be extra careful. Our treats may contain nuts.
➤ Can I pause or cancel my SUBSCRIPTION?
The subscription cannot be paused. Yes, you can cancel your subscription. All you need to do is log-in to your account and hit the cancel button. You can easily manage your subscription or cancel it anytime with no additional charges. The last day to cancel the subscription in order not to receive the next box is 2 days before account debiting. *NOTE! A completed and paid order in our online webshop is binding and non-refundable. .
➤ When does my box get shipped?
NOTE! No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Holiday! Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days after sending.
➤ When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately after you finish checking out your order. Future payments will be charged on the exact same date every month (or once every 3, 6 months depending on your plan). For example, if you were to order and initialize your subscription on March 2nd, you would subsequently be charged on the 2nd of every following month, going forward.
➤ When I sign up for a 3 or 6 months plan, is it all charged upfront?
Yes, you will be charged in advance the full discounted price for your subscription choice. Please pay attention to your Order Summary upon checkout page for the total amount that you will need to pay.
